1. Scope of Services

Northgrid Talent is a professional staffing and recruitment agency. We coordinate candidate placements, temporary assignments, and permanent talent matching for employers. **Northgrid Talent is NOT a payroll processor.** All payroll, tax withholding, and benefit management for placed candidates must be handled by the respective employer of record, unless specifically outlined in a separate, written staffing contract.

2. Candidate Commitments

When you submit resumes or candidate profiles through this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest records regarding your training, experience, licenses, and background histories.
• Participate in necessary screening steps, including reference reviews and skills assessments.
• Respect scheduled interview calendar commitments made with client managers.

3. Employer Commitments

Employers requesting candidate portfolios or temporary staff placement agree to:

• Provide safe, compliant working environments that meet local and federal occupational standards.
• Coordinate directly with Northgrid Talent advisors regarding start dates, shift terms, and work scopes.
• Submit accurate details regarding job roles, technical expectations, and hourly schedules.

4. Intellectual Property

All website designs, branding elements, logo layouts, text content, and grid icons are the exclusive intellectual property of Northgrid Talent. You may not duplicate, copy, or redistribute assets without our written approval.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Northgrid Talent makes reasonable efforts to verify candidate skills and employer operations. However, we do not warrant the performance of placed candidates or the specific work-site settings of employers. In no event shall Northgrid Talent be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from placements or platform use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.
